It wasn’t too noisy, even though the hotel is beside a road. The bed was comfortable, and Netflix was available. The bathroom didn’t have enough room for towels and other things, and the apartments weren’t very clean. The coffee machine was really dirty, and the coffee tasted awful.

The kitchen had good equipment, and the sound from the nearby railway was well insulated. Still, the busy street outside means you can expect noise. The accommodation is in a good spot right by the city center, but the pillows were so soft they could make it hard to sleep.

The power went out, and if my husband hadn’t been there, we would have been left in the dark. I don’t recommend this place. Reception is open until midnight, and they offered us another room, but what if we’d returned later? Making sure guests are safe shouldn’t be my responsibility.

The location is the only thing it has going for it. We booked what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it felt like a cheap guesthouse: old, creepy, with poor-quality breakfast served in a bag and no room service. I don’t know how they can mislead people like this. They also charged us an extra €12.50 on arrival. Never stay here.

The rooms were very comfortable and matched the description. The location was convenient too, just a few minutes from the market square. I recommend it without hesitation.
