Wawel View Zwierzvniecka by Fragola Apartments

The apartment was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and professional. It had the essentials, including pots, pans, silverware, and a washer, and the gym was amazing. Just know there isn't a dryer. They provide a rack, which worked when the weather was hot, but on a couple of cooler days it took two days for some blouses to dry. We had a great stay. A dryer alongside the washer would be my only suggestion.

We'd been walking in the zakopane mountains before our few days here, so having a washing machine was a godsend. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the area was great, close to lots of tourist sites. A few things were missing: there were no plugs for the bathroom or kitchen sinks, no hand towel beyond the bath towels, and no tea towel. There was a dishwasher, but not everyone uses one. We had an ironing board but no iron. The air conditioning didn't work the first night; they said it would be fixed the next day. It came on during the days but was always off at night.

For a weekend with the children, this was a big disappointment, though it might suit an extended stay. The apartment staff aren't on site, which made check-in and sorting out issues difficult. The people who were there weren't friendly and directed us to call the apartment manager for information. The breakfast option was delivered to the room. There isn't an on-site restaurant.

A nice place, and really spacious.
