The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and we were glad we ate there. But when we checked the bill after paying for our room, we noticed my partner's most expensive dish had been charged twice. They refunded us, though no apology drink or other gesture was offered. Earlier, the person who checked us in wasn't very welcoming. We also went to the pool without towels because there were only two in our bathroom, then found out we'd have to pay an extra 6€ for two pool towels. The front desk could have provided them, but nobody had told us that. The room itself was nice, although the bed was quite hard and one towel was stained and dirty. At checkout, nobody asked how our stay had gone, so we didn't get a chance to mention these problems. The hotel has a lovely park location and great food, and could have been a wonderful experience. It's a shame, but we won't return.

The hotel has a great old, rustic atmosphere, and our room was huge and comfortable. My partner and I especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, and breakfast had a nice range of complimentary options. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back!

The room was spotless, and breakfast was good with more choices than I'd expected. The staff were exceptional. Before you arrive, double check with reception whether your booking is for two separate beds or one large bed. We were lucky and it worked out fine for us.

Dinner and breakfast were both great. We found out the restaurant had been included among Poland's top 100 restaurants, too. We booked at the last minute and were more than satisfied. The room was lovely, in a chateau-like building set in a park. It's close to the main highway, though the old town isn't within walking distance anymore.

The restaurant was good, with tasty food, and the staff were very helpful, so many thanks. Pelmeni were especially great. I preferred the old building, which has everything needed along with the SPA. The newer block felt a little unfinished and more like a comfortable dormitory, with no personnel. It costs more to stay in the old building, but then you don't have to walk to the other block for breakfast, for example. I'd choose it next time.
