Słoneczna Przystań

The lake is close, which was about the only good thing for us. We stayed less than a week and didn't sleep a single night. It was noisy, even after police got involved, and that situation made us leave the room much earlier. You could hear every word between rooms. They were dirty, and the dishes hadn't been washed after the previous guests. We got one roll of toilet paper for the whole week and very few dishes, which weren't enough for all the families with children staying there. The kitchen was tiny, and the room clock was broken. Maybe it's a nice place for families with kids, but I wouldn't recommend it to couples.

We were told our large family room, meant for six, would have a lake view and that the lake was 50 meters away. In reality, it was about 350 meters away, and you could barely see it from one window. The other looked directly onto a cemetery, which was out of the question. There was only one closet for six people, the dishes were dirty, and the bathroom had mold in the shower and along the grout. The shower was clogged, so I had to pull the previous guests' hair out of the drain 😖. We also had problems with hot water and were once left without water. After a week of our two-week stay, we asked for fresh bedding for one bed because it was agitated, and the owners responded with a grimace. They didn't seem to care about their tenants. Waste sorting is mandatory, but there were no garbage bags. We don't recommend it.

There's plenty of freedom to use the outdoor amenities, and everything is nearby. The owners are very friendly, and the location is great. The rooms need to be cleaner, though. The door to the room does nothing to block sound, and there could be more toilet paper ;) I'd recommend it to guests who don't expect much.

The room and resort description was completely inaccurate. For a two-week stay with our family of four, we chose a room advertised for six, but it had only one closet and no hangers, so unpacking was impossible. The distances were off too, even as the crow flies: the lake was 300 meters away rather than 50, and the nearest restaurant was 1.1 km away instead of 400 meters. The promised lake view was a grim joke. You could barely see the lake, while the cemetery stood out impressively. There were no bathroom photos, which didn't make us suspicious at the time. On arrival, though, the shower stall was filthy, rusty, and clogged. We had to remove hair blocking the drain ourselves, and there was mold in the shower. The bathroom smelled terrible, and its door wouldn't shut properly, so we couldn't close off the smell. We reported several water problems during the stay and got only “Oh” in response. When we asked for a clean replacement for a soiled sheet, the reaction was openly displeased. Most of the dishes in the room cupboard were covered in mold. Guests are expected to sort waste, but our room had only one small bathroom bin for paper. We tried to say goodbye before leaving and couldn't find anyone, so we sent a text and got no reply. I regret that we can't add photos, though I understand the reason for that now.
