The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The building is quiet, with secure entry, an elevator, and underground parking. The parking entrance is on Dąbrowskiego Street. It’s a great spot for relaxing in Krynica-Zdrój, just a short walk from the city center and close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

You can hear the water from the stream side, but otherwise it’s quiet, and the center is close by. We didn’t have to wait in traffic jams. The apartment was pleasant and clean, with two balconies. Parking costs extra. I recommend it.

The staff communicated well and responded very quickly when we raised a few issues: the sheet was too small, we needed different pillows, the gas water heater was broken, and a teaspoon was missing. They sorted everything within a few hours. The location is convenient, with the city center, grocery stores, and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk away. Underground parking costs extra, but it was a plus for us. Strawberry Apartment was 35m², a bit cramped for two adults and two teenagers. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, and there was no dishwasher. Cleanliness was 4/5.

Parking in the underground garage was fine, but the apartment had a lot of problems. The bedding included a duvet that was too thin and dirty to use, and the kitchen felt like it had been filled with things no one wanted at home. There’s a washing machine but nowhere to hang anything to dry. The hair dryer casing had melted from heat, so I was afraid to use it. The room was cold even with the radiators turned all the way up. The windows leaked badly, and the electrical sockets in the bathroom and bedroom were pulled out. As I’d read before, the shower water alternated between scalding hot and cold. The apartment is in the city center, but getting from the high-rise entrance down to the sidewalk means using two flights of stairs because the elevator is constantly out of order. That could be difficult for someone with a small child in a stroller or an older person.
