The rooms were clean and had good facilities, and getting here from the train or bus station was easy. The price for what you get is excellent. I wouldn't recommend the local restaurant, though. The staff were unpleasant and breakfast was poor.

I checked out after just one night. The floor and bed were dirty, there were hairs in the bed, and the sink hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't put anything in the fridge. Guest service was nonexistent. When I told the owner, they said this was the standard and all the rooms were like mine. The cleaning is very poor, so you may be lucky to get a clean room. Stay away or you could get sick.

Poznan Mall is right nearby, and the place was good and inexpensive. The room had air conditioning, a microwave, a fridge, plus coffee and tea.

There were hairs in the bed in the first room, including short, curly ones, which was pretty gross. They offered us a smaller room with a single bee instead of the double I'd paid for, without any compensation. That room looked clean otherwise, but it also had hairs in the bed. The owner refused a refund, saying, "not possible, our rooms are clean," and wouldn't even look at the pictures. I've contacted booking and hope they'll refund us. Don't stay here.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the beds were comfortable. Our room was clean. It's a nice hotel near Poznan Plaza, with free parking. Recommended 👍
