Apartament Na Wspólnej

The balcony has a fantastic view, and the location is great. There's a lot of potential here, but the apartment needs some upkeep. It's on the third floor with no lift, and getting to the stairwell means climbing quite a few steps. Parking is available, though you may have to hunt for a space or wait for one to open up. The place has what you need, but cleanliness was questionable. We had to wash the dirty cutlery, cups, and plates ourselves. The washing machine is supposedly working, but it's noisy enough for the whole building to hear; we told the landlord, but nothing was done. Water also spilled across our bathroom, which made the noise worse. The dishwasher runs, although its broken buttons make it fiddly to start. The internet was very weak, so we used our own mobile data. It was okay overall, but maintenance is needed.

We were very happy with the apartment and would definitely come back to Krynica. The owner was great to communicate with. It suited our family of four perfectly, and the kitchen was well stocked. For a longer stay, having the essentials plus an ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, and washing machine was especially useful.

The views from the windows are nice, and the apartment stays warm. It's really just a flat in a building, up on the third floor, so all those stairs, including the stairwell, make it more suited to young people. A few things are worn out and need fixing or replacing.

There's a lovely mountain view from the window, and the house is almost in the center. The ski slope is about a 10-minute walk away. But the apartment is on the fourth floor, something not mentioned anywhere, and there's no elevator. The climb to the entrance is very steep with lots of steps, which is very, very hard with children, for disabled people, and for skiers or snowboarders.
