The staff and atmosphere were good, and I can't complain about the venue itself. My coffee was okay, and after the waiter apologized, they brought me a fresh plate without bacon. Still, this mistake is why my rating is lower. I ordered Pierogi Ruskie, a dish normally vegetarian and marked that way on the menu, with a filling listed as potato, cheese, and onion. Mine arrived covered in bacon. That's a serious problem for vegetarians and could also affect people with allergies or religious restrictions. If you're vegetarian, tell the wait staff before ordering, even when a dish has a vegetarian mark. The menu should either remove that symbol and say the dish comes with bacon, list bacon as an optional topping and have staff check whether it's wanted, or leave bacon off a traditionally vegetarian dish.

During a winter ski trip, the service here was absolutely hopeless once it got busy. We spent three hours waiting for a table and then another hour waiting for service, with getting a table a struggle the whole time. The food was thoroughly mediocre, and trying to eat it wasted an entire day of skiing. A complete disaster.

The area where we sat was full of cigarette smoke. The restaurant itself is nice and the food was quite okay, though not always fresh: one serving of chicken soup smelled bad. You have to pay to use the toilet, but given the restaurant's location, the price was still reasonable.
