The staff were really friendly, and everything was very clean. There's a good range of rooms, from simple accommodation to upgraded apartments with balconies and room service. Breakfast was great, and the food was very good and tasty. The location is great too.

The food was pleasant, and so was the hotel. It's very modern, and the staff are friendly.

Pensjonat Karczma made our stay feel like a retreat in beautiful Spala. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and superb, with a restaurant, grill, and ice cream place right next door for convenience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the owner welcomed us warmly when we met him at the restaurant. We'd definitely recommend staying here on your next visit.

The food selection is small and very basic, though what we ate tasted good. What really bothered me was the wine price: 38 euros for the cheapest bottle is outrageous and just not right. I'd suggest eating somewhere else.

In summer, this is a great place to stop after enjoying Spała or the surrounding area. I ate here after a lovely riverside outing with my partner and dog. The Polish grilled sausages were delicious, though during the season you may have to wait a bit longer.
