My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in early September. The service was of a very high standard, with exceptionally friendly staff, and the food was excellent. There is a bit of a communist-era feel to the place, but the surroundings and the city more than make up for it. If you like peace and quiet, you'll feel at home here.

For this price, the place is clean and the receptionist is nice, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. The standard is mediocre at best, like somewhere stuck in the communist era. The elevators seem ancient, and the room doors are so noisy you can hear them closing all the way down the hall. Instead of taking off those soft-closers, they put up signs asking people not to slam the doors. That's some sensible logic... There's no liquid soap in the rooms, in the 21st century. I can understand not providing shampoo, but at least have soap to wash with. The cost-cutting has no limits. Breakfast is fine if all you expect is a slice of bread, ham, and cheese. Otherwise, some scrambled eggs would be nice, instead of sausages smeared with ketchup and mustard. I'm puzzled by the high reviews. Older people may be used to this standard, while younger visitors can see something is off, just look at the icon from the younger years.

You can hear everything through the walls, from every direction, including the floors above and below. There's no signal or internet.

This is a quiet, peaceful place and just right for unwinding. The food is delicious, and everyone is very kind, from reception and the dining room to physiotherapy, the nurses, and doctors. I send my greetings to all the staff and recommend the resort for a proper getaway.
