Rapsodia

Great location, amazing food, and very friendly staff. The receptionist was cute too.

The rooms are in poor shape and need a proper renovation. The carpet, lights, bathroom, walls, bed, and internet all need attention.

The breakfast was hard to keep up with: one woman, the owner, was serving ten tables, and couldn't bring out the scrambled eggs or refill what's missing fast enough. The coffee machine was old and dirty, and it's difficult to describe just how filthy and neglected the place was. In the bathroom, it smelled of sewage, the toilet seat was broken off, and it was dirty, with stains on the walls. Plaster is coming off above the balcony, and large pieces could fall. A socket had been pulled out of the wall. I don't want to think what might have happened if a small child had been in that room. There were holes in the walls, dirt, and filth everywhere. The hotel needs a complete renovation. The price is outrageous, like a four-star hotel in Krakow. I don't recommend it. First and last time. I'll stay well away. If I could give zero stars, I gladly would.

The food was excellent, and the New Year's Eve party and evening events were very well organized. Inside, the Rapsodia Hotel feels warm and homely, even though the exterior is modest and unassuming. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The hosts were so approachable, always smiling, and the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help guests. I stayed over the turn of the year and only wish the time hadn't passed so quickly and it hadn't been time to leave. I hope other hotels follow these hosts' example and create the same family atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend the Rapsodia. Thanks again for the hospitality, and I hope to see you again.
