The nearby żabka store is the only reason I’d recommend this hotel. There’s just one pillow and a blanket that’s too small for a double bed, and we heard water noises in the walls for a long time. Parking space was very limited, and getting to the entrance means walking uphill, which is a pain with luggage. The rooms aren’t good overall either. I stayed in another hotel yesterday that cost only 100zł more and was a million times better.

The rooms are comfortable, and the baths, living rooms, and rest areas are good. Breakfast and lunch were good too, but the employees weren’t friendly.

The rooms were cozy, clean, quiet, and pleasant. Ours had a balcony, which could be a nice bonus in summer, though I don’t know if every room does. The location is very good, and the ladies at reception were friendly. The only downside was that there’s no elevator.

The Victoria Hotel is just a three-minute walk from the main promenade, which makes it a great spot. I stayed there last weekend and felt so welcome, especially thanks to the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and professional. My room was huge and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast wasn't especially filling, but it was very tasty. I can see this becoming my regular base in Krynica. Best regards, Michal.
