Lovely, peaceful place with a beautiful view.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay in a room for three. The beds were comfortable, there was a bathroom in the room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The lady was very welcoming and kind. We recommend the place!

These are just memories from around 1-2 years ago, so things may have changed, and I wouldn’t treat this as the most useful review. I don’t remember much about the staff, and the place was okay for sleeping over, but it was a long way from the center. Walking there and back just to get pizza, about 2 km, felt exhausting. What I remember most negatively was the room being only 15-16°C. I haven’t been back in a long time.

The owner was personable, which was a big plus for me, and there’s parking plus an outdoor area to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, and my small room had what I needed. The Teddy Bear is a period property, like many on this street, with warm wooden joinery. The shared bathroom was small and dark, and the old, musty bedding really wasn’t acceptable for this sort of place anymore. You could stay in an emergency, but the doors don’t block sound, so you’ll hear people at night if other guests ignore the curfew.
