Willa Safona

A good hotel, definitely recommend it 💪💪

The breakfast was decent, a simple buffet with enough to eat, and the location is handy for the center. The garden view was also nice. But the rooms in the rear extension were a real disappointment for my family and me. We had a double room for my son and me, plus a family studio, and getting to breakfast meant crossing a large open terrace, so the children needed shoes and coats. The furnishings were old and badly kept. An electrical outlet was coming out of the wall, the wooden floor was worn and stained, and there was dirt and lint in the corners. The wardrobe drawer front fell off when we tried it, so we stopped using it, and there was a dent at the back. The sofa bed had already been opened, and it was painfully hard and uncomfortable. Its pillows, frame, and upholstery were covered in what looked like animal hair. We used the other couch for our bags instead, since the wardrobe was unusable. The bathroom fittings were dated too, and the shower tray had the frame for a sliding door but only a curtain. The room didn't look like the fresh, clean one in the offer photos, and the cleanliness was visible in the photos I took. It reminded me of a boarding school from the 1980s or 1990s. I'm surprised there aren't regular inspections, especially when an outlet is in that state, and the property even received some kind of award in 2025. There's more I could mention, but that's enough. We won't stay here again.

It looks nice enough, and otherwise things seemed fine, but the room felt like a dorm because the hotel walls are so thin. We could hear the neighbors, and there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the toilet. Sitting in the room, you couldn't ignore it.

The bathroom could do with an update, though it's only a small complaint. The rooms are cozy, breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly.
