The owner was rude and unhelpful. We were told to use paid parking if no spaces were available, even though the website says parking is next to the building, which I found misleading. Our room was freezing. We had to sleep in our clothes under the covers to stay warm, and being right by the entrance meant we constantly heard guests coming and going, so it was hard to rest. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor every time, leaving a mess after each wash. The parking lot is tiny, with cars parked next to each other and almost no room to get out freely. The driveway is also very steep, around a 15% slope, which must be especially inconvenient in winter or in poor conditions. My partner and I stayed for a few nights, and the problems started right away. The whole stay was a major disappointment. We can't recommend this guesthouse and definitely won't return.

The one drawback was the tiny parking area, with room for only about 10 cars. If you have a large vehicle, you might end up blocking someone. Our room, though, was spotless, warm, and cozy, with comfortable beds, a TV, and its own bathroom. The shared kitchens had a microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery, and glasses. It was a very pleasant place to stay.

They took my room reservation through Booking.com, then messaged me to say they had no rooms and I needed to cancel. Ridiculous. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I don't recommend this pseudo-guesthouse.

The location is the only good thing for me, though be aware it's very uphill and getting out is really difficult. I'm not coming back or recommending the place. The building and rooms look like they may date from the communist era, and the photos make the small rooms look larger than they are. The double room had one chair inside and one on the balcony, but the tiny table was too small for two people. The parking is cramped and very limited, and there was no internet connection across the room. The condition of the place was poor: the parquet had holes and gaps, you could hear everything through the walls, the bathroom door creaked loudly at night, the grout was turning black, the faucet was hard to adjust and tighten, and the shower head holder was broken. It felt like things were done carelessly for profit, and the landlady didn't seem to notice. She asked for payment straight away but didn't show me the room, so I had to find it myself. There were no towels unless you asked whether you needed to bring your own, which was strange because towels should be provided. The kitchenette was tiny and had no regular stove, just a microwave, one kettle, and four chairs shared among eight rooms.
