The breakfast was poor, and the staff were rude and unwilling to help. We had told reception a couple of days before arriving about our dietary restrictions, but they hadn’t catered for them. When we asked about other options, they frowned at us. They wouldn’t make extra arrangements for, in their words, “only the two of you.” That was unbelievable. We travel a lot for work and have never felt so disappointed or disrespected. They proudly advertise vegan spa treatments, yet reacted angrily when we asked about vegan food. We also couldn’t relax in the lounge area. Other guests were loud, including children jumping in the pool, and staff did nothing. The room smelled of mold. This isn’t somewhere for a relaxing holiday. We left after the first night. If you expect friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere, look elsewhere. We felt the staff acted as though they were above the guests and were bothered by our being there. It was disgraceful and disgusting. If you want a place stuck in the previous century, feel free to book. Don’t waste your time or hard-earned money on this joke of a hotel.

The little TV room with its individual screens and recliners was a highlight, and the facilities in general were very good. The hotel itself is nice, but the service made our stay disappointing. My wife speaks fluent Polish, yet whenever we asked reception for information or help, they were rude and acted as if we should already know. The blonde woman at reception stood out. We’ve found hotels elsewhere in the world friendly and ready to point tourists towards local information. Here, asking anything made us feel like a nuisance. I’d suggest researching the area yourself. The bar, restaurant, and reception staff never smiled during our stay, to us or other customers, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. There was someone at reception overnight, but you couldn’t buy even water or cola from them, and there was no minibar in the room.

The location and rooms were lovely, and the staff were both professional and very friendly. We had a great time here. It deserves five stars!

The reception staff were very friendly. The interior felt dated, with a cheap 90s look, and there were lots of German retirees.
