The main perk of staying here is being able to explore the Czech Republic, along with the many trips arranged by the travel agency. Otherwise, this is basically a guesthouse for sleeping, with low-quality food. Treatments are all in the spa park, about a 10-minute walk through town. The rooms have been renovated, but the furnishings are simple: beds, a wardrobe, a table, and two chairs. There's no fridge in the room. The only one is in the first-floor common room (photo). Pay TV costs 120 PLN, internet is 40 PLN, and using a room kettle is about 2 PLN a day. Parking holds around 20 cars and costs 20 PLN per day, though the street lot isn't always free. A doctor prescribes standard treatments without considering patient suggestions. If you ask for a particular treatment, a "gift" is recommended.

I'm grateful for the kindness, comfortable living conditions, and pleasant atmosphere. The treatments were wonderful, and it was good to have a doctor there when needed. The autumn landscape was picturesque.

The living setup feels like a sanatorium stuck at the turn of the century. Treatments are spread across three places, sometimes only five minutes apart, so getting between them takes good mobility. The doctor was arrogant and shouted at patients. They wouldn't prescribe medication, saying patients should bring their own. If you don't have it, you can't call your doctor for a code. With high blood pressure, there was no interest, advice, or help. Blood pressure was checked only after the patient asked and pushed for it, and medication was prescribed after several requests. So, sarcastically, if you're healthy and don't have mobility or health problems, you might manage here. The sanatorium doctor won't help with those.

The meals are a disgrace to the National Health Fund, and there isn't a single treatment on site. This "sanatorium" feels like a shelter and would be better described as a tourist home with bed and breakfast. The price is what you'd expect from a fully equipped sanatorium. Never again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
