The room was dirty, the carpet was grimy, the mattresses were old and uncomfortable, and there was a strong cigarette smell. We chose the place because of the good reviews, so the stay was a big disappointment and nothing like we expected. The owner was friendly initially, but became unhelpful once we mentioned the smell. We stayed here last year and had a much better experience. The quality has clearly gone downhill, and sadly I can't recommend it anymore. Better to avoid.

Our room was clean, with appliances in very good condition, a balcony and a towel rack. The bathroom had shampoo, soap, a hairdryer and towels. The hotel was lovely and peaceful, about 300 meters from the spa park and 150 meters from good restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and puff pastry rolls, plus plenty of cold cuts, cheeses, salads and vegetables. The coffee was great too. The staff were always around, keeping the room clean and everything in order. I highly recommend it, and I'm sure we'll be back.

The location is very good, and there are clean rooms, a playroom and breakfast. But our room was very cold when we arrived, and the dining room felt cold every morning too. The lady who checked us in didn't speak Polish. The pillows were very uncomfortable for me, though I know that can be subjective. The coffee machine seemed to be on an "economy" setting, so the coffee was very weak. If you like a really hot shower, you won't get one at San Remo.

Breakfast had lots of variety, including several hot choices like scrambled eggs and pancakes, plus homemade cake and fruit. The guesthouse made a very good impression. Rooms have basic amenities, including water and a hairdryer. Guests can park there, and you can arrive at any time. A bit more warmth in the room would make the stay more comfortable.
