Villa Residence

The food was uneven. Breakfast was okay, as was the first dinner, but the pork chop on the second night was paper-thin and mostly breading, which was disappointing. The rooms were tidy but not especially large, and the bathroom felt cramped, with a sink that took up too much of its limited space. We were organized and exhausted during the stay. One staff member's outfit also seemed rather tasteless, especially while serving food. Cutting costs may save money, but word gets around.

The staff were so kind and attentive, always ready to help, and the breakfasts had plenty of tasty variety. I loved the cozy, clean feel of the place and felt right at home. The hotel looks like a castle, with lovely details throughout the interior. We had a really pleasant stay in Kudowa-Zdrój and would recommend it for a relaxing break.

Breakfast was simple, with things like jam, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, and cereal with milk. It was included in the room price, so that was fine. The hotel is very close to the city center, with a good pub and a frog right next door. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere nice, especially for such a low price. There was a slightly strange smell in the hallway and lobby, though it wasn't bothersome. Service is hard to judge since they just hand over the keys.

We had a really enjoyable stay in August. It's a charming place on a quiet street in the center, and the spa park entrance is just around the corner. Our room was clean and roomy, with a big balcony, and the bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything felt like a plus, and I'd recommend staying here.
