Pensjonat Nova

HELLO. I spent a few days at VILLA NOVA in July this year. The location is GREAT, close to everything, with a beautiful park right beside the building, colorful fountains, ice cream places, coffee shops, waffles, and a view of the main avenue. It's all right outside the entrance, and most rooms have balconies. The staff were VERY friendly. A big thank you to the elderly lady, probably the owner, who offered me coffee just before I left. That was so kind. Other guests could have kept me awake from 4:30 AM. The star rating says enough about the downsides, so I won't go into those. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the care and attention given to guests are the main strengths. I do want to ask that the cleaning staff be supervised more closely. You're paying a lazy person who cuts corners and is effectively stealing from you by being paid for inaccurate work. Don't let yourselves be exploited. Money doesn't grow on trees. In short, I recommend it, you can relax here. A request to guests: remember you're not alone in the building. Other people shouldn't have their rest ruined by your behavior. A huge plus for the generous TV package, which comes in handy on rainy days. EWA C.
