It’s in a fantastic central location, and treatments are arranged in-house. The hotel feels lovely and friendly to me, with very good meals and different activities and trips. Those seem aimed more at Polish-speaking and older people.

I can’t recommend this property. I stayed from April 16th to April 23rd, 2026, in room 102 in the second building, and the room was awful. The door was leaky, the bedside lamps were desk-sized, and the curtains were dirty. The bed cover was covered in glue. There were no grout lines in the bathroom, silverfish came out at night, and the shower was too small even for skinny people. The property wasn’t fenced and the door was left open all night, so anyone could come in. Payment was cash only, with no card option.

The Christmas menu was fantastic, and every meal was generous, fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all plentiful, with lovely table settings. There were cakes to choose from, along with coffee and desserts. The food was heavenly! We came to Jantar with a group and had a fantastic stay. It’s right by a park and close to the city center. The staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome all the time. Our rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the entertainment was great: a DJ, a movie, and a guided city walk. It’s beyond words. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks to the management and the whole staff. We recommend Jantar in Polanica Zdrój. Best regards from the group from Krapkowice with Jurek.

The rooms felt quite old and weren’t the cleanest, but they stayed warm despite the freezing temperatures. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good.
