B&B HOTEL Piotrków Trybunalski

I spent two weeks here, and the bed was comfortable, but it was hard to enjoy with the linens so often dirty. Once I was given supposedly fresh sheets with visible dirt and even blood on them. Towels and bedding weren't reliably changed even when stains could be seen. The room wasn't cleaned regularly, and after cleaning there was still hair and yellow debris in the sink. Windows and other surfaces stayed dusty, too. The staff, especially on Sunday nights, were friendly. But there were problems with the basics: no fridge, broken air conditioning, and curtains that kept falling off and didn't block the light. Water was replenished only twice during the two weeks, one bottle each time. Several lamps didn't work, leaving only one usable bedside light. The walls were damaged and the room generally looked neglected. I raised these issues but got no apology or extra amenities to make the stay better. There may be potential here, but cleanliness, upkeep, and basic hospitality need a lot of work. I wouldn't recommend staying until those improve.

The breakfast was very good, and the food was delicious. Service was great, with very polite staff. Parking is close to the entrance.

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were so helpful, and the room attendants were considerate and made me feel welcome. Even after checkout, I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours. The room was spacious and in perfect condition, bathroom included, and everything was spotless. There was a kettle along with essentials like still and sparkling water. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains let me sleep like a baby. The hotel is easy to find, close to the town square and other amenities, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. Having a restaurant and bowling next door was really convenient.

Parking right beside the hotel was handy, and after a long trip I found everything I needed: clean sheets and towels, a good shower, and a cozy bed. They also provided water, tea, and coffee, which was a nice touch. The staff made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. It's a charming hotel in a small Polish town, and it was just right for a short, restful stay.
