The staff get 10 points out of 10 from me. Breakfast was fantastic too, with fish, fruit, cheeses, and homemade cakes. They make coffee fresh to your preferences instead of serving it from a machine, and eggs are cooked fresh as well. Our room was ultra clean, and they left complimentary mineral water each day. The pool temperature was just right, and I appreciated the fitness room and the children’s room with toys and activities. We picked this hotel for our vacation and it was the best choice. It’s very quiet and surrounded by trees, a place to relax instead of going to the spa.
10/10
The forest around the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a walk. The Spa was relaxing and well looked after. All the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke very good English. From reception to the waiters, their attention to detail made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend it!
8/10
We’ve been coming here for more than 9 years, and it used to be our favorite hotel. It’s a nice place to relax during the week, but weekends are busier and less peaceful, and the service is weaker too. Compared with our past stays, it just isn’t as good as it used to be.
10/10
The spa area is extraordinary, and I had a wonderful stay. It’s luxurious and excellent. I’d give it ten stars if I could.
8/10
The food was below average, especially for children, and I wouldn’t give it more than 3 stars. My 12 year daughter was served a plain boiled chicken breast with no spices or sauce. When we complained, the restaurant manager said it was a healthy dinner plate. I explained that children have taste too, and healthy food doesn’t have to be boring and boiled. The hotel itself is wonderful, with nice rooms, a relaxing Spa, and beautiful surroundings. Do come, but eat outside as well. At least the kids will thank you.
