Hotel Nevada

The room was freezing. I slept in trousers and a sweater and still got sick from the cold. Breakfast was awful too: the food was raw and undercooked, and even hot water cost extra. The old, springy mattresses made the beds uncomfortable, and we could hear the person in the next room breathing through the thin walls. We booked a room for three a month ahead, but when we arrived, they said it wasn't available and split us up, leaving some of us alone. The staff wouldn't deal with any of our complaints and didn't apologize. The room was filthy, with dust balls under the bed, dirty mattresses, and black spots under the blanket that could have been mold or insect residue. The furniture was damaged as well, with holes in the desk, broken doors, and curtains hanging crooked that wouldn't close properly. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. I don't get how it has so many positive reviews. They look fake to me, possibly from the same or related accounts. I'd strongly advise against staying here. Read detailed reviews carefully and be wary of places with positive feedback that looks suspiciously uniform.
