The place was generally quiet, and the location is handy, right beside the tourist center. Parking is available outside, and the TV worked. There’s a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, plus a vacuum and mop. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. Cleanliness was mostly okay, but the bathroom was a problem: the toilet seat was broken, the toilet hadn’t been flushed after someone urinated, and the floor seemed not to have been vacuumed or mopped. After one walk through the room, our white socks had turned black. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay. At the start, the owner (?) greeted us by complaining about the fees Booking.com charges. I imagine the toilet incident or the owners’ frustration about money was a one-off, but guests shouldn’t have to absorb that mood as soon as they arrive. You don’t travel halfway across Poland to get away from your worries 😔

I slept comfortably here, even with my back pain, which isn’t always easy :D The place is quiet, peaceful, and has a lot of atmosphere. It’s clean overall, and everything is nearby. The owner and staff are both really nice. I’d recommend staying here :) Gucio1846

The oceanarium on the hotel grounds is worth seeing, with lots of fish species and detailed, interesting descriptions. The owner was kind and helpful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place.

That big terrace was the best part, a lovely place to relax as long as it wasn’t raining, which happens quite often around here. The rest felt average for the price. The bunk room had just one bathroom for four people, and the little kitchen beneath the stairs was barely equipped, with only a small counter to prepare food. The pillows were awful. Toilet paper and soap were supplied for the first two days only, so we had to bring our own afterward. Check-in was very late, though checkout was quick.

The kids were happy, and having an elevator made a real difference since we didn’t have to haul our luggage upstairs. Our family room was very clean, with a large bathroom and everything we needed. The owner was lovely too. We had a great family holiday, and we’ll definitely return and recommend the place to others.
