The bartender was a real pro and made the best drinks in Poland. The hotel is very nice, with a pleasant indoor pool. Watch out for the traffic outside, it can be lethal at times. I can't believe nothing has been done to slow cars down. There was no AC in the room, and with the window open the racing traffic was annoying, though thankfully it doesn't go on all night.

We stayed for three days in early December, and the hotel didn't seem to be fully operating. There was no laundry service, and although we'd asked about spa treatments three weeks ahead, no appointments were available at first. They somehow managed to fit us in eventually. Breakfast was a buffet for just one of the days, though it was still okay. The TV had only Polish channels. The room was nice and the staff were friendly, which earned the two points. One thing about the sauna: people went in wearing swimwear between pool visits, and pouring extra water on the hot stones wasn't allowed.

For the price, the food and everything else were good. The hotel itself didn't look too great, though, and there was broken furniture in my room. You can also hear people in the other rooms. I'd give it three stars, I think. If you just want somewhere to stay, maybe it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend it.
