The kitchen is a big plus because you can make whatever you like, and there’s lots of room for bikes, which makes this a great setup for cyclists. It’s also very close to all the shops. The rooms are exceptionally clean and smell fresh, and the service is professional and friendly. I’m extremely satisfied and recommend it.

After one day, we left this place, which felt like an open-air museum from the time of the movie Teddy Bear. The owner was arrogant and dismissive with guests. We got back from town hoping to wash up before bed, only to be told that hot water was shut off from 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM because there was a curfew. He said I was making a fuss and cold water was fine, since everyone was asleep anyway. It was the middle of summer and holiday season. If I wanted a bath, apparently I had to be back by around 9:00 PM. Shocking. At first glance the guesthouse doesn't seem suspicious, but a few hours there changed that. This is a disaster, and I wouldn't give it even one star. No thanks.

We left after the first night. The owner was intrusive, checking on everything, and decided who could park on the property. Hot water was switched off, so anyone wanting a shower had to return around 9:00 PM. When we complained about the cold water, the owner and his father got aggressive and we ended up in a fight with the police. It felt like a communist open-air museum. We definitely don't recommend it, we'd rather sleep on the beach. We won't be greeting the gentlemen warmly.

The owners are very nice and do care about their guests, so I'm surprised to see people saying otherwise. The claim that the hot water stops at 10 p.m. isn't true in my experience. I brushed my teeth around 11 and had hot water. If someone shows up at 3 or 4 a.m. and is surprised there isn't any, I do feel sorry for them.

Avoid this place. The owner nitpicks, and there's no hot water in the evenings. It's losing its PRL status.
