The spa was amazing, and the location made it quick to reach Solina's attractions while staying peaceful and quiet. Prestige Solina Apartments were exceptionally clean, with modern décor and well-maintained, thoughtfully arranged amenities. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the accommodation felt both comfortable and elegant. I highly recommend it for a stay in this area.

The bathroom had mold and a dirty drain, and the grill was too dirty for us to use. There was no garbage sorting in the cottage either. At PLN 225 per person per night, the price felt too high given the lack of hygiene and cleanliness. I'm sorry to say this, because Prestige Apartments have a very good reputation. I don't know what happened at this property, but these conditions spoiled my stay at Solina. Reply to the owner: I find your explanation truly unacceptable. I understand that someone drowning will clutch at straws. I called to report the problems, and she said she'd bring them to the cleaning staff's attention. The dirty grill wasn't our garbage, so we couldn't use it. I showed the garbage in bags to point out that there was no sorting in the cottage, which property owners are legally required to provide. You can probably see the bathroom's condition in the photos. Mold and that much grime wouldn't have appeared in the drain during my four-day stay. The lady didn't even apologize, though she did acknowledge my comments on the phone.

The cottage was clean, nicely furnished with new things, and the surroundings were lovely. There's a stream next to the property, and the drive uphill to the dam is about 2.8 km. The cottage standard and the setting were both excellent. We also found it fairly quiet, though we could hear traffic from the road. The property has two houses on roughly four acres: a detached 30 m² cottage and a 160 m² house with three apartments. Sitting on the terraces, we could clearly hear the neighbors talking. The guests beside us were surprised to see our group of three families with children. Those in the larger house wanted to barbecue and party, while my husband and I wanted peace and quiet. Fortunately, we talked it through. They carried on their parties on the side facing the entrance, although they didn't have to. Our stay was pleasant, but I was deliberately looking for a private place and expected the plot to be private too. It wasn't, and that shouldn't be presented as an exclusive property. On Booking.com, before I paid, I was shown only the large 160 m² house, not the smaller detached cottage. When I clicked to buy the large house, I was redirected to the smaller 30 m² cottage right after purchase. The app showed that cottage's photos then, even though they could have been available on the main booking page before purchase. I got the details of what I'd bought by email immediately, but by then there was no option to cancel. I don't understand why clicking to buy the large house led to the small one. I can buy whatever's available at the price I want, so these marketing tricks are unnecessary. I bought something different from what was shown before paying. If the place isn't exclusive, just say so in the listing and I could choose with that in mind. The unclear cottage selection and lack of a cancellation option are frustrating, though the charming setting is a real plus.

It’s peaceful and quiet, but everything is still close by, with the dam just 2.5 km away. The apartment is modern, clean, and smells fresh. There’s a large garden with a gazebo, barbecue, and activities for children. The jacuzzi and sauna are nice extras.
