The food was simple, homemade, and really tasty. We tried the żurek, buckwheat groats with meat in sauce, and a fresh salad with Chinese cabbage, peppers, and corn. Prices are very reasonable too: lunch for two from the daily menu was 36 PLN. The place is a little tucked away, and the restaurant sign on the building is hard to spot, but there’s plenty of parking. I highly recommend it.

Clean rooms and an interesting decor make this a very nice guesthouse. We could use the fireplace for a cozy fire, and there’s gas heating as well. I recommend it.

Dinner was just 30 złoty: a croquette with a small serving of borscht, plus two big potato pancakes with goulash and salads. That’s a very good price for such a filling meal. The food was tasty, though it had a few typical pub-style quirks: the croquette coating was very thick and the soup could have used a little more seasoning. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and while the terrace view wasn’t breathtaking, it made the meal pleasant. The spacious bathroom also has disabled access.

We’ve stayed here twice now. The rooms are nice and clean, and the owners are helpful and polite. When we weren’t sure what to do for the day, they were glad to suggest ideas. There’s a mini playground for kids, and you can barbecue or have a bonfire near the cottage. The lake views are amazing, and it’s a walk of a dozen or so minutes into town. Everything around is quiet and peaceful. The fireplace is just right for autumn. I recommend it as a base for exploring the beautiful Bieszczady.
