That birthday surprise made our stay unforgettable. The staff heard that our youngest was turning one on the day we arrived, then brought him a cake with a candle after dinner. They treated us like family throughout our wonderful visit. We can't wait to come back someday.

Marta gave us fruit and chocolate rituals during our massage, and wow, what an experience. My skin feels like I'm a teenager again todayy. Thanks for the great service, your skill, and such lovely customer care!

We made good use of the pool and sauna while the kids had fun in the huge indoor play area. The hotel restaurant served fantastic food, and the accommodation was really good. Friendly staff and excellent service too. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was nice, and these problems didn't ruin our stay, but for what we paid, the sanitation shortcuts are hard to accept. The staff were pleasant and the location was decent. Still, the room had a lot of cleanliness issues for a three-star hotel at this price. The toilet hadn't been flushed, there were marks on the wall, and the window was filthy. The towels were clean but felt old and cheap. The shower had very weak pressure and seemed to leak in spots. The Wi-Fi is also a pain to use, especially on a phone. It has an odd custom login with one hotel-wide password that apparently hasn't changed since 2014, and it disconnects you from time to time. The security seems laughable, and I don't understand why they've set it up that way.

There's something here for everyone, and I had a lovely time with my family and kids. The owner is really nice and friendly, and the customer service goes above and beyond. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.
