I wouldn’t recommend it. Our room smelled as if people had smoked in it often. When we raised it with reception, they were impolite and didn’t apologize. They just ignored us.

For this price it’s a good hotel, though I wouldn’t pay more. The place is a little tired. My room hadn’t been vacuumed well before I arrived, but the bed linen was clean. The towels are yellow now, not white like they used to be years ago.

The breakfast was awesome, and the pool was clean. If you’re willing to get up around 7 or 8 a.m., it’s completely empty and you can have a nice morning swim. Staff were nice and the rooms okay, but some lamps and switches were a bit crooked. There were only two outlets for the whole room, one in the living room and one in the bathroom, and the air conditioner wasn’t working.

The pools were lovely, the food was great, and the breakfast had an excellent selection. Dinner was delicious, and they had chicken nuggets and chips on the menu for my daughter. We were lucky to check in 4.5 hours early. The reception staff were really happy to help. I’d definitely recommend it.

The place feels dated, dusty and old, with plain, very old rooms and bathrooms. It was under construction, there was no heating, and no one helped us with our luggage. It’s very expensive for the quality. They charged us at check-in and wouldn’t refund us when we wanted to cancel the second day because of the heating problem.
