Campanile PRIME - Lodz

I ran my workshops at Hotel Campanile in Łódź as a life coach and mentor working with Erasmus+ and Euro FRC. It proved a supportive setting for focused learning and meaningful conversations. The central location was easy to reach for both local and international participants. Our conference room had the right amount of space and light for interactive mentoring, and the coffee breaks were genuinely energizing, a small detail that helped keep the group engaged and the sessions flowing. Wi-Fi was reliable for presentations and online integrations, while the interior felt peaceful and professional, well suited to reflection and connection. The service alone would earn six stars or more. Everyone was amazing, especially Julia, Anna and Alex, who were accommodating and professional throughout. The location is incredible, beside the Galeria Lodska mall and three blocks from Piotrkowska Street, with tram stations and bus stops nearby. There's a really nice, quiet bar, and breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety. All in all, a great experience.

The bed and pillow were comfortable, breakfast was okay, and my room was cleaned well. Colleagues at the same hotel said their room cleaning wasn't as good. The place isn't new and it shows, so the rooms could use some renovation. The shower hose was odd and sent water at the wall or ceiling instead of the person showering, and the sink was a bit clogged.

Most of the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the hotel is in the centre of Lodz. The rooms were neat and clean, but so small that a big suitcase is hard to fit. Breakfast was only average in both spread and quality. Improve that and it could be a good 4.5 stars.
