The receptionist’s attitude was terrible. My parents are 73 and 79, yet they had to load their own luggage into the van and unload it when they arrived. A little humanity would have helped. We were made to leave the hotel because we were told not to sit in the spacious lobby and get some air before leaving Poland. A few hours after checkout, on a foggy morning, we also weren’t allowed to wait there and find out what was happening with our flight. We had to either take all our luggage back to the room, which is difficult for elderly people, or leave. Meanwhile, guests arriving at the hostel had to wait in the lobby until the only reception representative returned from taking someone to the airport. I don’t understand that treatment.

The host was wonderful and really helpful, and the airport shuttle ran on time. The room suited what we needed, and it was clean and comfortable. A very nice hotel near Krakow airport.

The room description was accurate, everything worked, and the air-conditioning was a real blessing on hot days. Staff were professional and very helpful, and the location was great. One thing to keep in mind: the hotel has dedicated parking spaces, while the rest are used by rental cars.

Lydia at the front desk made our stay especially pleasant. She was courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always helpful. That personal touch really makes a difference, and I wish more hotels had staff with her customer service skills. The hotel is conveniently near the airport and offers a shuttle.

It was a quick one-night stay, so I don’t have loads to say. The room was a good size, with an outlet beside each bed, which is a must when traveling. They’d left a few tea bags too. Just a nice room, and I could hardly find anything to fault.
