The owner is friendly, and the place is fairly tidy. But if you’re tall, the sloping ceilings are a real issue. I never once managed to stand up straight in the rooms. It also gets chilly in winter, though that might not be a problem in summer. There’s a dog belonging to the owners, too. He’s very friendly and easy to miss, but people with allergies should know about him.
Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts made us feel welcome. It’s a cozy, charming house with well-kept grounds.
We felt right at home here. The owners are kind and always ready to help, and the breakfasts are delicious. Such a pleasant place, I’d happily recommend it. :))
