It’s a very good hotel right in the city centre, on a street full of cafes and nice coffee places. The rooms feel wonderfully spacious thanks to their very high, 5 metres ceilings, and the beds are perfectly comfortable. Thank you very much 👍

We stayed in the apartment as two adults with two small children, aged 0 and 3. The price was okay, and we added breakfast and a parking spot directly at the hotel. The parking access is quite narrow and isn’t suitable for big cars. Our apartment was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was difficult with luggage and two children. The baby cot costs extra. The hotel was clean, nicely renovated, and had some appealing design touches. Breakfast was good. We can recommend it.

I booked this as a surprise treat for my nephew and his girlfriend, and it took around eight emails and six phone calls just to sort out payment. That should have been my cue to change my mind. Their parking arrangements caused a 45-minute delay. The room smelled of chemicals, the wallpaper was peeling, everything looked old and tired, and there were poo stains in the toilet. The dinner I’d prepaid was messed up, and they were told the cinema was busy even though I’d paid in advance for a private viewing. They hated the whole experience but didn’t want to tell me. When I pressed them because I suspected something was wrong, they explained what happened and I could tell how much they’d disliked it. I complained to the hotel, but they made excuses for everything, offered no refund, and made no effort to resolve it. Stay away. If minus stars were possible, that’s what they’d get.

At over €100 a night, this felt like two-star quality at four-star prices, and the basic room doesn’t justify the cost just for being on Piotrkowska street. It was so hot in the room that it felt like an oven. Staff said air conditioning was only available in top-floor rooms. There was no elevator, so hauling luggage up three floors was very difficult while I was travelling for weeks and attending events. They gave two of us only one room key card, which was inconvenient. There was no mini fridge, soap, or shampoo either. The reply to my review was a joke, saying I was staying at the hotel and not at “good time.” I know which hotel I’m in. Staff also confirmed that we’d only been given one card and that there’s no mini fridge. This review is accurate and stands.
