The staff were kind and helpful, and it was nice to have breakfast included, plus a restaurant and bar on site. The location worked well, the rooms were quiet and clean, and Wi-Fi was available throughout. I was happy to stay here unexpectedly. The only drawback was how narrow the single beds were, especially for a bigger person.

We booked this hotel because it was listed as a good four-star place. Room 218 krakow looked fine when we arrived, and we'd paid before heading up to unwind after a long day. Then we found there was no internet in the room. We know things don't always work, but expected the staff to help sort it out. I tried different spots around the room without luck, then politely asked someone to come and check. They could see the internet in the hallway, but our Wi-Fi dropped as soon as we stepped into the room. The only response was that they didn't know how to fix it, and they walked away. We were left making private calls in the hallway as people passed, and felt bad disturbing others. For a four-star hotel, especially one described as a business hotel, I expect working Wi-Fi and decent service. We paid in full and got no help, no solution, no room change, and no reimbursement. By far the worst hotel we've stayed at in Poland. Never again.

I paid for a deluxe room but was given a standard one. The hotel admitted there'd been a mix-up with the card, but I still haven't received a refund. Avoid it.

The restaurant and bar were good, and the staff were nice. The place wasn't very clean, though, and the bathroom smelled.
