The owner was upset about the extra person, even though I’d mentioned in our correspondence that most likely there would be more of us. She was unpleasant, and hospitality didn’t seem to be her thing. The place itself was noisy, dirty, moldy, and had a lot of things in need of repair. There were cigarette butts on the unfinished balcony, which wasn’t shown in the Booking. Com photos. The kitchen was very basic. It felt poorly maintained and had no personal touch.

The two-room apartment was pleasant and very well equipped. Parking was poor, though that’s not something that’s easy to change.

I came to Lublin to see the sights, not spend my time indoors, and the room did what I needed. It was 33m^2 and had the furniture and everyday equipment I needed. Everything else worked as it should. The location was only average, and the walls were thin enough that I could hear people in the neighboring rooms.

I’ve stayed in this very nice, clean apartment several times now, and the service is always hassle-free and consistent. I recommend it.
