The best place.

Even the soup was off: sometimes overloaded with pepper or salt, otherwise it had barely any taste. The delivery portions were just as disappointing, with either three ham slices or four cheese slices, never both. Cheese came with tomato, ham with cucumber. The food itself looked as if it had already been chewed, ground up, and packed into those black containers. The ingredients were flavorless.

For the price, delivery was a mess. It arrived cold and spilled, made with the cheapest deli meats and vegetables; even the cucumber was dry. If you need catering delivered, I’d put the money toward a company that specializes in it, like Viking Kitchen in Lublin.

We were glad the place had free parking and was fairly near the reservoir, but the rest made our one-night stay miserable. Before 5 a.m. on Saturday, restaurant staff woke us by loudly and cheerfully shouting down the hallway for several minutes. Outside our window was a dumpster with piles of peelings and kitchen scraps, and the smell was lovely, obviously sarcastically. Inside, the room reeked of damp. The floor had a huge raised bulge in the middle, and it looked as if nobody had vacuumed in ages. One bed was so soft and wobbly that two people couldn't sleep on it; the fold-out was board-hard and uneven, with your head lower than your feet. The building opens onto the street, and the doors don't lock from outside.
