The old town and city centre are only a short walk away, and even with the hotel on a busy junction, it was surprisingly quiet inside. Our room and bathroom were modern, spotless, and looked well cared for. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were welcoming and very polite. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel, and breakfast was just as good, with plenty to choose from. A really pleasant stay.

We arrived around midnight with our two children and were still given a delicious meal, then at 6:30 in the morning the hotel packed us a tasty, healthy breakfast to take along. I didn't expect that, and it made the morning journey much easier. The staff were genuinely friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and the location was great. I was very happy with our stay and think this is one of the best hotels we've visited.

The breakfast was excellent, which helped make up for a pretty disappointing dinner. Everything was cold, even the soup, and there was nothing beneath the dishes to keep the food warm. The chicken and vegetables that were meant to be hot were cold too, so we didn't enjoy the meal at all. We were there for one night in Lublin; the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. On our second day I got to have breakfast out on the restaurant balcony, which was nice. I usually expect a fridge in the room and milk for tea or coffee, but unfortunately there was neither.
