We had a cosy stay, and the staff were kind. The restaurant on the first floor served really good food. I'd strongly recommend the place to anyone planning to visit Lublin.

Our train wasn't until 1:30 PM, so after the regular 12:00 PM checkout we asked if we could stay an extra hour. They let us do that without any trouble. We arrived in Lublin three hours before our reservation and were pleasantly surprised to find the room ready already, so we got the keys instead of leaving our luggage at the Magia restaurant. We stayed two nights in apartment no. 1 on the first floor. It's a large, L-shaped room with a kitchenette, fridge, electric hob, table and chairs, and everything needed to cook a meal. There's a big comfortable bed, two armchairs and a coffee table, plus a clean, nice bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine is another large, comfortable mattress. The place is right by the Old Market Square, and everything matched the description. The service was friendly and attentive. Given the location and the conditions, the price was very attractive. I'd recommend it and would happily stay again.

The apartment photos they sent were completely inaccurate and showed a different place, which I found misleading. The heating wasn't adequate for the apartment's size, and one of the people traveling with me became ill. When I asked to discuss a refund for checking out early because of that, they refused. The manager's way of speaking to guests is a disaster. I don't see how someone so antisocial can be in that role. His remarks have put me off coming to your restaurant, too. I'd urge the owner to look more closely at the management team. If guests aren't treated with respect, I doubt staff are either. You may not notice it yet, but I think comments like this will become more common if things continue. Please step in, or provide some etiquette training.

We've stayed at the apartments by the Magia Restaurant at least five times, and every one has been a high standard. They're right in the heart of the market square, with everything nearby, and the prices are very attractive for that location. If you're staying in Lublin, this is the best place to stay.
