The neighborhood was clean and really quiet, and the owner was friendly and always reachable on WhatsApp. The apartment had plenty of space, its own bathroom and toilet, a kitchen, a double bed and a TV. The location was perfect for me, two minutes from the shopping center and 15 minutes from the old town. I'll definitely come back :)

Be very careful when checking in at Apartamenty Pokoje DreamZone Orange room. Check the furniture for damage and the electrical equipment, because later they may demand money for something you didn't do. The room was dirty behind and under the bed, and on top of the wardrobe. I have no idea how old the pillows were or what they were made of, and calling them pillows is a stretch. There was fungus in the bathroom, with bits of peeling paint hanging from the ceiling. The internet was so-so. The TV seemed to be there for looks: only five channels worked, and turning it on was a whole quest. It was cold and uncomfortable, a horror rather than an apartment. The administrator also doesn't respond properly to a bad review. They charged me 215 PLN for one day, with no difference in price for two days or 12 days. It's hard to call the place a hotel. I suspect the space may have been an office before, or something like that. I don't recommend it.

The owner reacts very rudely when you raise concerns, and seems completely uninterested in constructive feedback. As for the place itself, the hygiene and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired: the bedding stinks, the mattresses are musty, and dust clouds collect in the hard-to-reach spots. It feels like a homeless shelter that you have to pay for. The price doesn't match the quality at all. I strongly advise against staying here. Nightmare, not Dreamzone.

I rented the Orange room for weekends when I study in Lublin. It was clean, spacious, warm and cosy, with a kitchen, and the value for money was phenomenal. The place is quiet despite being in the city center, right next to the Plaza shopping center. I've stayed at two nearby hotels, apartments on Skłodowska Street and the Teacher's House, but this one is definitely more comfortable. The owner is very approachable, too. I recommend it.

The room itself is nice and well equipped, and it was relatively warm in winter with warm water. But the shower needs renovating. Getting to the stairwell is difficult, the lock doesn't work well, and despite the smoking ban the room smells like someone has smoked in it.
