Arche Hotel Lublin

My room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast tasted good, though the choices got a bit repetitive. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the hotel gym, which Booking.com hadn’t mentioned. The floor made a big difference: I didn’t care for the single room on the ground floor last time, but this stay I had a double on the 4th floor and enjoyed it much more. I’d recommend the hotel, just suggest avoiding rooms on the first floor.

For my few days of business travel, this hotel suited me very well, and I’d consider coming back. It offered good value for the quality. Breakfast from 7 AM was fantastic, with lots of choices. The old town is a convenient 15-minute walk away. If you need parking, book ahead, since the underground garage is small. And if quiet matters to you, ask for a room that doesn’t face the main street.

I’ve stayed at Arche several times, and it’s earned five stars from me every time. It’s clean and quiet, the location is convenient for me, the breakfast buffet has an impressive spread, and the staff are all great. A special thanks to Miss Julia at front desk. My train from Wrocław often gets in late, so I usually check in around midnight. She still greets me with a smile and real professionalism, as if it were 11am. Thank you!

On a business trip, I found the service friendly and the breakfasts decent, but the room made the stay uncomfortable. It was dated and poorly soundproofed, with a connecting door to the room next door. I could hear my neighbor’s alarm at 4 a.m. and all their conversations. After a long, stressful workday, there was no way to relax in there.
