We had a really spacious bedroom, bathroom, and lounge with access to a verandah, all for a very reasonable price. The location was stunning, with a view of the Castle and only about 50 yards from the gate to the old town. There's also a very good restaurant beneath the hotel that I can recommend. Getting the door codes to enter was a bit stressful at first, but that got sorted out and we had a great stay.

We were three adults at Fontana Boutique Apartment for five days at the end of August, and the stay was disappointing from the start. We had asked for quiet rooms, but our windows looked straight onto a busy, noisy walkway. Utility vehicles with diesel engines made a lot of noise and fumes early in the morning, and a nearby construction site was another constant source of noise. We had called their representative before the trip, but they didn't warn us about the work. The most serious problem was having no hot water when we tried to shower late in the evening. We asked management three times to fix it, but nothing was done. The rooms were much smaller than they looked on the website, and once our suitcases were open on the floor, there was hardly space to walk between them. The sofa bed in the other room was poor quality. Our father has sciatica and slept on a thin mattress for most of the stay, though another mattress was supplied near the end. There wasn't even a chair or stool in the suite, and there was no access to basic channels. We raised all these problems, but no one offered compensation for the trouble or the stressful time spent on phone calls with Expedia and management. They just kept insisting that they had met our requirements. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace and quiet or well-equipped accommodation.

The only real drawback was privacy: the sheer blinds and curtains weren't enough for the apartments facing the viaduct and street, so we had to change rooms. The replacement apartments were furnished quite unevenly. Otherwise, the place is lovely. It's in a beautifully restored tenement building with an elevator, at the edge of the Old Town, beside a park and across from the castle. The neighborhood felt safe, clean, and quiet. Stokrotka is just a few meters away, along with a large parking lot that costs PLN 28 per night. The rooms are tasteful and very clean, with beautiful bathrooms. I highly recommend the exhibition of Łempicka's works. A great choice for a beautiful stay close to Old Town sights, restaurants, cafes, and easy car access.

The apartments are bright, comfortable, and air-conditioned. They come with towels, a hairdryer, kitchenware, and a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, and microwave. The building has an elevator, and the Bona restaurant downstairs serves a very good breakfast. It's right by the Old Town and Royal Castle, with a Stokrotka supermarket nearby and plenty of parking. Parking is free on Fridays after 6 PM and on weekends. The shopping center is about a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here in Lublin.

The apartments are new and still have that fresh-paint smell. They're elegant, right in central Lublin, with windows looking out over the Old Town and Lublin Castle. There are kitchenettes, clean towels and bathrobes, good Wi-Fi, and YouTube on the TV. The building has four floors and an elevator, with plenty of parking nearby and a restaurant serving breakfast. The one thing missing was a wine opener.
