ibis Styles Lublin Stare Miasto

The staff were a highlight. Everyone was polite and helpful, and they gave me useful advice about local conditions and recommendations, which made my business trip easier. My room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, a good place to unwind after a long day. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and was excellent. I chose Ibis Styles Hotel in Lublin for work and was completely satisfied. It's modern and welcoming, with a central location about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Old Town, nice for evening strolls. Free parking right outside is a big plus. The mix of comfort, location, cleanliness, and service makes this a fantastic choice for business travelers. I'll definitely book it again for future work trips.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely modern. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay great. It's in a good location, and I'd definitely stay again.

I was here on a business trip and liked having a good desk in the room. The rooms feel airy and modern, with plenty of storage. It's close enough to the Old Town for an easy walk to dinner, drinks, or sightseeing.

The room was very small and hot, and the bathroom was tiny too. When I switched on the air conditioning, it made a loud boiling sound, so I had to sleep with all that noise. The glasses looked like they'd been bought at Ikea, the in-room coffee was awful instant coffee, and there were no towel hooks in the bathroom. I thought this would be a perfect hotel, but the reception guy was rude when I entered. IBIS Style charges money like a 4 star hotel while being a 3 star hotel. After I got home, I realized I'd forgotten something and called to ask if the hotel could send it to my house. I was willing to pay the cost, but they said I had to arrange a courier myself to pick it up and bring it to Holland, instead of mailing it to my company and charging me. Never going back. Bye bye IBIS.
