KK 314 Old Town

I loved the sofa and thought it was a great apartment. The only letdown was the missing microwave, which made things a bit difficult.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and in a great location.

The flat was several meters high, but the mezzanine ceiling was so low we couldn't stand upright by the bed. We bumped our heads several times, and the stairs up there were very steep. The listing said it was adapted for wheelchair users and fully accessible, which doesn't match those stairs. It was supposed to be 30 square meters, but it felt like a little box. Calling it an apartment is a stretch. The advertised city view was actually of an old, ugly building and a Żabka shop. It was very cold inside, especially in the bathroom, which couldn't be warmed up at all. It felt more suited to cold-water swimming than taking a bath. The “cooktop” was a cooker hidden in a cupboard. The only thing that could wake you up was the fridge, which sounded like an old tractor and made it impossible to sleep. The manager doesn't answer messages, and the information sent after booking was vague. This place absolutely isn't worth the price. I don't recommend it.

Our unit was warm, and the location was convenient, with the Frog nearby. The automatic lock worked well, and there was a basket of travel essentials plus coffee capsules. But this was a cramped 25 sq m studio with a kitchenette, not the 70 sq m apartment with a living room and bedroom that I booked. The woman said she'd told me by phone, which isn't true. This should have been discussed with us. Apparently our original unit was already occupied, and they couldn't move us. Had I known about these “changes,” I would've found a larger place elsewhere for the money. The room was too small for three people. There was no wardrobe or shelves, just a coat rack, so our belongings had to stay in a suitcase on the floor and we had to jump over them. Worst of all, there was no shower stall, only a “rag” hanging on a wire. Water spread across the floor, making it hard to shower properly, and once the “curtain” got wet it smelled terribly musty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I don't know who left all the positive reviews, probably friends. The accommodation didn't meet my expectations.
