Hotel Woiński Spa

We stopped here for one night to break up a long drive, and it was a lovely hotel in a lovely building. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our dog could come into the hotel and sit with us on the terrace, though not in the restaurant itself. There weren’t many dinner choices, but the food was lovely and there was plenty of it. The surrounding area is beautiful and a great place to unwind.

I really enjoyed the buffet, it was a great experience. Nice lake views and a lovely beach too. The staff were great and clearly very motivated.

The location and the Wellness Spa are big reasons I keep coming back with my husband. We’ve stayed here more than five times, and I always find the staff friendly and welcoming. They’re happy to help with requests, even by email. The surroundings are beautiful and it’s a lovely place to relax. The rooms are spacious, and the large balconies are especially nice when they face the lake. Still, the room standard doesn’t quite feel like that of other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The bathroom is one of my favorite parts, with underfloor heating and a bidet. I appreciate the bathrobe, but miss having slippers and basic items like a shower cap or cotton pads. I enjoyed the steam sauna, which is roomy enough for several people. I haven’t tried the pool, jacuzzi, or the other two saunas, so I can’t comment on those. I also had a massage in a quiet, peaceful setting. It was nice and relaxing, though a little expensive for what felt like a partial massage rather than a full-body one. Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing special to me. The restaurant food is pricey and fills you up, but it isn’t really to my taste or something I’d call delicious. I’d like to see the breakfast buffet and the Wellness Spa opening hours improved.

The location is great, and the spa and pool area are excellent. The restaurant is very good too. The rooms didn’t feel up to a 4-star standard: no toiletries, beds made carelessly, and an empty minibar. Some of the front desk staff didn’t seem very guest-focused, and we didn’t feel especially welcome. Our room was cleaned late in the afternoon, and only after we asked twice. We also got no information about the surrounding area.
