Breakfast being included was the only real plus. We’d stayed here two years ago and came back, but this time was a big letdown. There were three adults and a small child, and the room was cold: the bedroom radiator didn’t work, and only one of the two in the living room did. At night, all the radiators stopped, so I think they shut off the heating completely. We had just two small blankets for four people, neither suitable for sharing, and very few dishes. The bed linen was torn and in terrible condition. I asked the receptionist for help; he checked the radiators and left, and we never saw him again. For the same price, you can rent a nicer apartment with better conditions.

We slept like babies and ate like kings. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the towels smelled nice, and the blackout curtains, tea, TV, and bathroom shampoo were all there. Breakfast was included too. The location was good, the reception staff were very polite, and the WiFi worked well. Thank you.

We were driving to Warsaw and this was just right for a quiet night’s rest. It’s clean and decent, just outside Rzeszów. Breakfast was excellent.

There were big spiders, and the carpets were very old and in bad shape. The bed linen was the same kind of problem. They wouldn’t let us use a regular socket to charge our plug-in car overnight. It’s 2025, not 1995. A hotel car socket is a BIG must!

When you’re exhausted after not sleeping for a day, this is a very good place. It can be a little hard to find because reception is in one building and the hotel in another. Still, the price and quality are on a good level. I recommend it.
