The price is good for what you get. I enjoyed breakfast, and the restaurant food was what I'd expect. But one receptionist aside, the staff were rude and cold, leaving guests feeling awkward and unwelcome. Maybe that's the local culture, but guests deserve some courtesy. They came at us with angry, lashing arm gestures and no prior communication about their “rules.” It felt like a disproportionate reaction to people who didn't know them. I left feeling bad. I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless you're fine with being treated like a bad person for quietly chatting with friends at a table at 10 pm, without making a mess. Apparently that isn't allowed because they say you have to go to bed so they can go home. Crazy.

When I travel to Marki for work, I stay here fairly often. The hotel seems geared more toward weddings, but the rooms are quite OK and the prices are attractive. Breakfast is OK too. And it's easy to find a spot in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

We only ate at the restaurant. We tried the cod, and it was delicious.
