The pools and SPA were a nice extra. It’s a beautiful place, with lovely people and a great location.

The indoor pool was the one good part of our stay. Otherwise, it felt like a night in a highway rest stop, and even those are better. The hotel seemed like a construction site, with an extension underway that wasn’t shown in the photos. There was no sauna or fitness room, and neither was signposted as the brochure said. Meals were repetitive and not very tasty. The children got only fries and some sort of sweets each day, which they didn’t like. Although the website said everything would open on April 30th, the outdoor pools were still empty when temperatures were above 25 degrees Celsius. We also struggled to communicate. English wasn’t spoken as advertised, and staff spoke only Polish. When I asked why the construction work hadn’t been mentioned on the booking sites or in the brochure, I was told I should be grateful to have a room at that price. I can’t recommend this hotel.

The food was a highlight, with delicious breakfasts and dinners and plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our spacious room was clean, as described, and looked out over the outdoor pool and greenery. It was quiet and peaceful, with the sea very close by. We’ve just come back from four days and were really pleased. 10/10 for us, and we’ll definitely return.
