We arrived late in the fall, so sadly we didn’t see the castle at its best. The restaurant staff were lovely, and the food was good. The spa was fine, pretty standard. As for the room, the green light, creaky everything, and very basic amenities matched what others have said. It was okay for one night, but I don’t think I’d get proper rest if I stayed a week.

We went to our friends’ wedding at Wasowo Palac and had an unforgettable time. The formal atmosphere and beautifully decorated rooms made a lovely setting. The outdoor ceremony, elegant reception, seemingly endless courses, delicious desserts, well-planned program, and fireworks all came together flawlessly. The team worked tirelessly, from the attentive waiters and talented photographers to the fantastic DJ and lovely event organizer, who handled every detail. We wholeheartedly recommend Wasowo for events or a weekend away, whether as a couple or with family.

The estate is wonderful for a walk, with a magnificent park and impressively old trees. Horses are clearly cherished by the hosts, and we also spotted grey herons, squirrels, and other wildlife. Rooms are spread among different buildings, sometimes a fair distance apart, which I actually liked. They were clean and pleasant, though the finishes varied, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The picturesque Wąsowo Palace has a fascinating history and an unusual mix of architectural styles. There’s a restaurant in the main building with a well-composed menu and delicious breakfasts. The male service staff were particularly gracious, friendly, and professional, making the food and drinks even more enjoyable. Reception service was okay. It’s well worth visiting and recommending.
